Information I Collect

I collect information you provide directly (such as your name, email address, organization, and message) when you submit a contact form or schedule a call. If you sign up for email from the site, I collect your email address. I do not collect information automatically through tracking scripts beyond basic analytics.

How I Use Your Information

Information from a contact form or a call request is used to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you've engaged me for. An email address you sign up with is used only to send the messages described below. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it so someone else can market to you.

Client feedback surveys

When you submit a private client feedback form (the links I send after or during an engagement), your responses are transmitted securely to systems I control. They are stored in Google Workspace (for example, a spreadsheet) and used only to improve my work, honor any permissions you give about testimonials or case studies, and follow up when you ask me to. They are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Email subscriptions

If you sign up for email from the site, I keep your address so I can send the messages you asked for. The address is stored and sent by Resend. I send a confirmation message first. You start receiving email only after you click the link in that message. The link lasts two days.

Each message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to me and ask to be removed. I do not use the address for other marketing.
