Public sites

The button works on a Screen Flow that guests can run. Embed that flow with Lightning Flow iFrame.

  1. Add Add to Calendar to a screen and map Start, End, and the other inputs from flow variables.
  2. Install FlowIframeEmbed, put the Visualforce page on a Salesforce Site, and let the site guest run the flow. Follow Salesforce setup.
  3. On the website, embed that site URL and pass the flow API name. WordPress uses the plugin. Other sites use the JavaScript widget.

URL parameters arrive in the flow as text. Convert them before you map Start or End, which are Date/Time values on a Screen Flow.
