Time Zone Aware DateTime to Text
Time Zone Aware DateTime to Text is a Flow action. It takes one Date/Time and returns one line of text in the offset or named time zone you set.
Salesforce stores Date/Time values in UTC. Use this when an email, a screen, or a file name should show a local clock time.
The packaged action is Format Date Time in Time Zone Offset (three_levers.FormatDateTimeOffset).
What you get
Section titled “What you get”- One Date/Time in, one text value out.
- A fixed UTC offset, such as
-07:00, which does not follow daylight saving. - A named time zone, such as
America/Los_Angeles, which uses that zone’s daylight-saving rules. - An optional Java date/time pattern. The default is
yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.
